Jacob Gordon

Jacob Gordon is an experienced journalist currently serving as an Anchor and Producer for WAND-TV since January 2023, where responsibilities include anchoring and producing weekend evening newscasts and three additional evening newscasts weekly. Prior experience includes roles as Morning Executive Producer at WSIL-TV, overseeing the morning and midday newscasts, and as News Producer, where Jacob expanded COVID-19 coverage and initiated a live high school football pre-game show. Additional roles encompass reporting and producing for WSIU Radio, directing student newscasts, and various positions in production and reporting across multiple media outlets. Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Radio, Television, and Digital Communication from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
