Grit McKenny has a wealth of experience in customer service and project management. Grit began their career in 2004 as a Customer Service Operations Specialist at Novellus Systems, which was acquired by Lam Research Corporation. Grit then moved up the ranks to become a Project Lead, Customer Service Coordinator, and Logistics Administrator. In 2013, they joined Lam Research as a Project Coordinator, Project Management Analyst, and Senior Customer Service Representative. In 2019, they moved to Arcade Engineering GmbH as a Controller. Most recently, in 2020, they became an Inside Sales representative at Edwards Vacuum, and is currently a Customer Success Manager at Wandelbots.

Grit McKenny obtained a diploma in International Business from the University of Applied Sciences from 2001 to 2005. From 2003 to 2004, Grit McKenny also attended SKEMA Business School for International Business. In December 2022, Grit McKenny obtained the Customer Success for Impact certification from Winning by Design.
