Martin Wanitschke

Martin Wanitschke has had a varied and successful career. Martin began their professional journey in 2003 working a side job at GEMA. In 2006, they completed an internship in Customer Service B2B at Arcor AG und Co. KG. In 2007, they worked as a Management Trainee at Whanganui Top10 Holiday Park Neuseeland. From 2008 to 2014, they held various roles at T-Systems Multimedia Solutions GmbH, including Head of Enterprise Content Technologies and Consultant Social Business Technology. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at ITARICON Digital Customer Solutions, first as Chief Executive Officer (CEO), then as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and Head of Consulting, and finally as Vice President of Sales and Communication. Since 2020, they have been at Wandelbots, where they have held the roles of Chief Of Staff, Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) on an interim basis, and Chief Operating Officer (COO). In these roles, they have been responsible for developing, maintaining, and running the company's operating system based on OKRs, as well as managing daily business, coordinating operations, and supporting strategic projects.

Martin Wanitschke obtained their Diplom Verkehrswirtschaft degree from Technische Universität Dresden in 2007. Martin also holds a SCRUM Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
