Elizabeth B. R. has over 10 years of work experience in product development and innovation. Elizabeth B. began their career in 2011 as a Writing Associate at Lafayette College, where they later served as Head Writing Associate. In 2013, Elizabeth joined Avon as an Existing Product Development Specialist, Skin Care, Hair Care, & Toiletries, R&D. Elizabeth B. was later promoted to Development Chemist, Skin Care Product Development, R&D and Chemist, Skin Care Product Development, R&D. In 2017, Elizabeth moved to New Avon as Manager, Product Development, Skin Care Innovation. Elizabeth B. then joined Bastide in 2018 as Director, Global Marketing & Product Development. In 2020, Elizabeth began working as Director, Innovation & Product Development for INNOVATION LABS, INC. and most recently, in 2021, they became a Product Development Consultant. Elizabeth is currently a Senior Director, Product Development at Wander Beauty.
