Head of industrialization at Wandercraft

Paolo Magagnin started their work experience in 2007 as a Professor's assistant at Politecnico di Torino, where they assisted in teaching machine design and mechanical drawing courses. In 2010, they worked as a Mechanical Engineer at SPEA, developing electromechanical systems for testing MEMS. From 2011 to 2016, they worked at CERN, first as a Mechanical Engineer, involved in the mechanical design and thermo-structural simulations of a novel gantry carrying a proton accelerator, and later as a Project Manager, supervising electro-mechanical projects and maintaining existing systems. In 2016, they joined Clariance Spine as a Project Manager, leading the development of new products and ensuring QA/RA compliance for implantable medical devices. Currently, they are working at Wandercraft as the Head of Industrialization, responsible for managing industrialization processes and leading R&D engineering efforts.

Paolo MAGAGNIN completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) in Mechanical Engineering at Politecnico di Torino from 2004 to 2008. Paolo then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) in Mechanical Engineering at the same institution from 2008 to 2010. Additionally, in 2009-2010, Paolo participated in an international exchange program at The University of Sheffield, where they also earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree.
