Ana Madriz has a long and varied work experience. Ana started their career in 2007 as an Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where they advised nonprofits and government agencies on how to answer critical business questions and navigate major organizational changes. Ana then moved to The Kraft Heinz Company in 2012 as a Summer Associate Brand Manager, and then as an Associate Brand Manager in 2013. In 2014, they moved to Colgate-Palmolive as a Senior Brand Manager, then Brand Manager and Associate Brand Manager. In 2018, they joined Wandering Bear Coffee as VP, Brand Marketing, and later Brand Director. In both roles, they set the strategy and goals to build the Wandering Bear brand and expand the product portfolio, as well as led the marketing transformation from an omni-channel brand to a Direct-to-Consumer focused business.
Ana Madriz completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from William & Mary - Raymond A. Mason School of Business between 2003 and 2007. Ana then went on to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing from University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, which they completed in 2013.
