Neil Harris

Neil Harris has over 19 years of work experience in supply chain and operations management. Neil began their career in 2002 as a Transportation Analyst at Starbucks. Over the next 5 years, they worked their way up to become a Distribution Analyst and Distribution Analyst II at Starbucks Coffee Company. In 2010, they joined zulily as an Operations Manager. In 2014, they founded Neon Decade, an 80's inspired Men's and Women's clothing line. In 2015, they began working at Amazon as an Instock Manager, where they were responsible for Inventory Planning and Management for the Business, Industrial & Scientific Supplies category. In 2016, they moved to Canary (canary.is) as the Director Global Supply Chain. In 2017, they joined KIND as the Director Ecommerce, Operations. Most recently, in 2022, they became the VP, Fulfillment at Wandering Bear Coffee.

Neil Harris attended Western Washington University from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
