Raymond Chan has extensive experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector. Currently serving as Assistant General Manager at Wang On Properties since August 2017, Raymond has advanced through multiple positions, demonstrating expertise in planning and executing sales projects, achieving significant sales milestones, and supervising sales teams. Previously, Raymond held roles at Swire Properties, where key achievements included the successful sales of residential units, and at Hong Kong Housing Society, focusing on customer service for mixed-development projects. Additionally, Raymond's experience at Colliers International involved leasing negotiations and market analysis.
