Nancy Wong Pui Wai

Prior to the appointment, she has possessed over 15 years of experience in finance and purchasing. She worked at Joyce Boutique Holdings Limited, a company listed on the Main Board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange as a Buyer. She worked for private banks in Los Angeles after obtaining her Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in Finance at the University of Southern California in 2003.

She does not hold directorships in any other public companies. She has no relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. She has no conflict of interest with the Company and has not been convicted of any offences, other than traffic offences (if applicable) within the past five years nor has been imposed of any public sanction or penalties by any relevant regulatory bodies during the financial year ended 31 December 2018.

Ms Wong attended all six board meetings held during the financial year ended 31 December 2018.
