Julie Simcock

Julie Simcock is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in asset management and financial analysis, currently serving as Vice President of Asset Management and previously as Director of Multifamily Asset Management at Wangard Partners, Inc. since September 2014. In this role, Julie oversees the strategic and financial aspects of the multifamily portfolio, including investment strategy implementation. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Real Estate Analyst at McWhinney, where complex financial models for various property types were designed and maintained, and as Senior Development Cost Accountant at Equity Residential, responsible for substantial development budgets. Julie holds an MBA in Real Estate Finance & Investments from DePaul Driehaus College of Business and a BBA in Finance from Wisconsin School of Business.
