Laura Smit

Laura Smit is an experienced brand marketing and communication professional currently serving as the Brand Marketing & Communication Manager at WannaFlex since February 2023. Previously, Laura worked as an Interim Marketing & Communication Manager at WannaFlex, where responsibility included leading the execution of rebranding initiatives. As the Founder of Brand Folk, Laura has been instrumental in developing marketing strategies. Prior experience includes a role as Brand Manager for Nike Northern Europe, managing category initiatives, and Brand Manager at Red Bull Netherlands, focusing on consumer insights and brand performance. Additional roles at Kim & Jeroen event entertainment involved project management, and earlier experience includes a position as Freelance Junior PR Officer at Tinc Public Relations & Events B.V. Laura holds a Bachelor’s degree from the Amsterdam Fashion Institute, specializing in conceptual marketing and branding approaches to fashion and lifestyle.
