Dr. Welch's significant experience includes roles as ICT Training Manager/Business Analyst at Science Museum Group, where strategic training initiatives were implemented, and IT Trainer/Technical Author at Paragon Community Housing Ltd. Education credentials include a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Worcester and a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Wales, along with various teaching and training qualifications. Current studies include an Advanced Diploma in Strategic Learning and Development with CIPD.
