Caroline Adatire has a diverse work experience. Caroline started their career in 2017 as a Front Desk Representative at Sir Felipe Suites, where they greeted and directed clients and addressed their concerns. Caroline then moved on to Enshored, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative, curating fashion jewelry, assisting customers with orders, and resolving complaints via email. In 2020, Caroline joined Cognizant as a Customer Service Representative, providing information and assistance to customers and processing online orders. Caroline later worked as a Content Moderation Associate at TaskUs7 from December 2020 to April 2023. Currently, Caroline is working at Wantable as a Customer Support Associate, supporting customer edits through quality control tasks, utilizing customer profiles and feedback, and building personalized relationships with customers through notes.
