Jennifer Lutz has over 25 years of experience in the retail industry. Jennifer began their career in 1995 as a Buyer of Women's Contemporary Sportswear at Younkers. Jennifer then moved to Saks Fifth Avenue in 2000, where they were the Vice President of Brand Development. In 2007, they joined Kohl's as the Vice President of Brand Strategy & Product Development. During their tenure at Kohl's, they were responsible for strategizing and building $1.1B in sales across 9 exclusive brands, and they also drove results for the Junior's and Girl's 7-16 Apparel from 2015 to 2017, resulting in $737M in sales and a 7% comp. increase. In 2018, they moved to Chico's FAS, Inc. as the Vice President of Merchandising, and most recently, they are the Vice President of Merchandising & Product Development at Wantable, where they have been since 2022.

Jennifer Lutz attended the University of Northern Iowa, where they received a BA in Business.
