Marika Kuvaja is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in executive search, sales management, and coaching. Currently serving as a Senior Headhunter at Wanted Group Oy since December 2024, Marika specializes in executive search processes and HR services, including outplacement and leadership development. Prior roles include Channel Sales Manager at Avantopool, where Marika established partnerships across the EMEA region, and Account Manager at Amway Europe, focusing on the Scandinavian market.
