Ghulam Hyder

Ghulam Hyder is an experienced electrical engineer currently serving as an Executive Engineer on the Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project at WAPDA since July 2021. Prior to this role, Ghulam worked at the Water and Power Development Authority from December 2015 to July 2021 as a Junior Electrical Maintenance Engineer, where responsibilities included the electrical maintenance of four 432 MW units and their auxiliaries. Ghulam's earlier experience at WAPDA from September 2011 to November 2015 involved maintenance of 220/500 KV circuit breakers and various transformers. Additionally, Ghulam served as a Shift Engineer and as a Trainee Engineer at Latif Textile Mill. Ghulam holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Quaid-e-Awam University of Engineering, Sciences and Technology, along with educational qualifications from Public School Hyderabad and Mehran University Public School.
