Markus Mäkelä

Markus Mäkelä is the Co-Founder and Business Development Director at Wapice Ltd, where responsibilities encompass sales and product development management, marketing, and technical sales, alongside roles as Head of Office in Tampere and Secretary of the Board. With extensive experience in project management, software development, and team leadership, Markus has led initiatives utilizing both waterfall and agile methodologies. In addition, Markus serves as a Board Member at Validos and previously contributed to the Tampere Chamber of Commerce's ICT Committee. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Vaasa and a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Vaasan ammattikorkeakoulu VAMK University of Applied Sciences.
