Pasi Tuominen

Pasi Tuominen has extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Managing Director at Wapice since December 1999. Previously, Pasi held the position of Head of IT Department at Vaasa University of Applied Sciences from August 1999 to August 2002, overseeing 40 teachers and 850 BSc students in Information Technology. Pasi also worked as a Senior Lecturer in embedded electronics at the University of Applied Sciences of Vaasa and served as a SW-Programmer and Managing Director at Finbus Electronics, specializing in industrial software for embedded devices. Pasi's early career includes research roles at VTT and Tampere University of Technology, where Pasi assisted Professor Tapio Virvalo. Pasi holds a Doctorate in Automation and Technology, and a Master's degree in Electronics and Software, both from Tampere University of Technology.
