Christina Martinez

Christina Martinez currently serves as the Assistant Director of Special Education & Related Services at Wappingers Central School District since April 2022, following a substantial tenure as a Special Education Teacher at NYC Department of Education from September 2013 to April 2022. Christina is pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) in Learning and Teaching in Social Context at the University at Buffalo, expected to be completed in 2025. Additionally, Christina holds a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Educational Leadership and Administration from SUNY New Paltz, earned in 2020, a Master's degree in Students with Disabilities from Pace University (2015), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from SUNY New Paltz (2011).
