Kristin Lamb

Kristin Lamb has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Kristin started their career as a Sales Assistant in Spilhaus from 2001 to 2007. In 2007, they worked as a Psychometric Assessor Intern at The Catalyst Consultants. Following that, from 2007 to 2009, they served as a Human Resource Generalist at SKILLS Resource Group Pty Ltd. In 2010, they moved on to DigiOutsource, where they worked as a Human Resource Manager/ Business Partner until 2013. Since 2014, Kristin has been associated with Warakirri Asset Management, initially as a Human Resources Manager and currently holding the position of Head of Human Resources. In their role, they lead the HR team in executing the HR People and Culture Strategy to support the broader business and operating strategy of the company.

Kristin Lamb completed their education at the University of Cape Town, where they obtained an Honors degree in Organizational Psychology in 2006. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences with a focus on Psychology and Organizational Psychology from 2003 to 2005. Before attending university, Kristin attended Edgemead High School.
