Niki Bosman

Niki Bosman has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2022, they have been working as a Talent Acquisition Lead at Warakirri Asset Management, focusing on recruiting top talent for the agriculture industry. Prior to this, they worked at HR Partners by Randstad from 2017 to 2022, first as a Recruitment Consultant and then as the Teamleader HR Recruitment, sourcing HR professionals across various industries. Niki also has experience in the field of finance, having worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant Finance at Yacht (A Randstad Company) from 2015 to 2017 and as a Recruiter Finance from 2014 to 2015, specializing in finance and banking positions. In addition, Niki Bosman has a background as a professional field hockey athlete from 2007 to 2019.

Niki Bosman completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree from Breda University of Applied Sciences from 2007 to 2011. Prior to that, they attended 't Rhedens from 2002 to 2007 and completed HAVO. In 2016, Niki Bosman obtained a Black Belt Certificate from Social Talent.
