Kari Cornicelli

Kari Cornicelli, FHFMA, CPA, currently serves as Managing Director at Warbird Healthcare Advisors since June 2023 and as President & CEO of Cornicelli-Consulting since August 2022. Previously, Kari held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Phoenix Children's Hospital from June 2019 to August 2022. Kari also served as VP/CFO of Sharp Metro Medical Campus from July 2014 to June 2019 and VP/CFO of Sharp Grossmont Hospital from 1997 to 2014. Kari earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Weber State University between 1980 and 1985.
