Chris Askin, MBA, PMP

Chris Askin has extensive work experience in the construction and energy industry. Chris is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer at Warbonnet Construction since October 2019. Previously, they worked at URS Flint (now part of URS Corporation) where they held multiple roles including Area Manager, District Manager, and Project Engineer. In these positions, Chris was responsible for managing operations offices, leading teams, overseeing maintenance work and construction projects, managing customer relations and contracts, and handling financials and staffing. Chris also worked at Enercrest as a Project Engineer. Overall, Chris Askin's career has been focused on project management, operations, and leadership roles in the construction and energy sectors.

Chris Askin earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Structural Engineering from the University of Wyoming, which they attended from 2003 to 2007. Chris later pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration from the same university, studying from 2008 to 2009. In March 2016, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from The Project Management Institute (PMI).
