Alison Heyden Colby

Alison Heyden Colby is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law. Currently serving as Director and Assistant General Counsel at Warburg Pincus LLC since April 2019, Alison previously held the position of Vice President, Legal at The Blackstone Group - GSO Capital Partners from August 2016 to March 2019. Alison's career began at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP, where significant work was completed as an Associate in Mergers and Acquisitions from September 2012 to August 2016. Alison holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Harvard Law School, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Economics from the University of Notre Dame, obtained in 2009.
