Deborah Kerr

Deborah Kerr has had an extensive career in various industries, holding positions in prominent companies. Deborah served as a Managing Director at Warburg Pincus LLC starting in January 2019. Prior to that, they were a Senior Advisor at Warburg Pincus from October 2017 to December 2018. Deborah also served as a Board Member at Vodafone starting in March 2022. From November 2017, they held a position as a Board Member at NetApp. Additionally, they served as a Board Member at Chico's FAS, Inc., a leading omni-channel specialty retailer, from June 2017. Deborah Kerr also had a role as a Board Member at EXL, a business process solutions company, from January 2015 to June 2021. Another significant role was as a Board Member at International Airlines Group (IAG), one of the world's largest airline groups, from June 2018 to December 2020. Deborah also served as a Board Member at D+H, a leading FinTech provider, from May 2013 to June 2017. Deborah Kerr has a diverse education history. Deborah obtained a BA in Psychology from California State University, Northridge. Deborah later pursued further studies in Cognitive Science at Occidental College from 1990 to 1991. Deborah also earned an MS in Computer Science from Azusa Pacific University. Furthermore, they participated in the Directors' Consortium program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, where they focused on developing their skills in the field of directors' management. Additionally, Deborah obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from eCornell in September 2020.
