Karen O'Byrne

Karen O'Byrne is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in finance and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Managing Director of Value Creation at Warburg Pincus LLC since October 2022, O'Byrne also contributes to various organizations, including as a Board Member at Holy Cross Health Florida and a Trustee at Pace Center for Girls, positions held since January 2021 and January 2017, respectively. O'Byrne was Interim President and CEO at Motus from April 2020 to December 2022, enhancing the company's expertise in workforce solutions. Prior to that, O'Byrne served as Chief Financial Officer at Modernizing Medicine from May 2011 to April 2020, where the focus was on improving healthcare information systems and patient outcomes.
