Li Fan

Li Fan is currently a Partner/Managing Director at Warburg Pincus LLC, leading the Asia real estate private equity team. Prior to this role, Li Fan has held positions at KKR as a Principal, and at Warburg Pincus LLC as a Vice President. Before joining these firms, Li Fan worked as a Senior Analyst at M3 Capital Partners and as an Investment Analyst at Gaw Capital Partners. Li Fan holds a MPhil in Real Estate Finance from the University of Cambridge, a MS in Economics from HKUST Business School, and a BA in Economics from Fudan University.
