Rob Buonanno

Rob Buonanno is based in New York, joined Warburg Pincus in 2006 and is a member of the Capital Markets Group. Mr. Buonanno focuses on Debt and Equity Financing execution for new and existing portfolio companies, including transaction structuring, selection of financing providers, negotiation of key terms, syndication, and closing. He is also responsible for developing and maintaining the Firm’s commercial and investment banking relationships and he shares responsibility for managing the Firm’s equity co-investment syndications. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, he worked in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance Group of J.P. Morgan Securities Inc., where he focused primarily on loan and high-yield bond financings for private equity portfolio companies. Mr. Buonanno graduated from the Boston College Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Business Administration and concentrations in Finance and Information Systems.
