Roger Lou

Roger Lou is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in international taxation and mergers and acquisitions. Roger currently serves as Tax Director for Asia Private Equity and Real Estate and Tax Director for China at Warburg Pincus LLC, a position held since February 2020. Prior to this role, Roger was a Tax Expert specializing in M&A and International Tax at Tencent from July 2015 to February 2020. Roger began his career at Ernst & Young, where Roger worked as a Transaction Tax Manager from August 2007 to July 2015. Roger holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Graphic Design from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
