She oversees the operations of the special purpose entities in Mauritius in order to facilitate international investments. She has 20 years of experience in the Global Business sector in Mauritius and in the financial reporting field. Prior to joining Warburg Pincus, she worked at Multiconsult Limited, an offshore management company and as chief examiner at the Mauritius Financial Services Commission. Ms. Baichoo holds a Master of Administration (“MBA”) from the University in Leicester UK, a Bachelor of Commerce (“BCom”) degree from the University of South Africa and is a Fellow Member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK).
