Heather Smith possesses extensive experience in food safety and environmental management, currently serving as the Health, Safety & Environment Manager at Warburtons since January 2012. Previously, Heather held multiple roles at Warburtons, including Environment Manager and Group Food Safety Technologist. Prior to this, Heather was employed at HJ Heinz from June 2008 to January 2012 as Food Safety Manager and Quality Graduate, and initiated a career at Kellogg Company as a Quality Student from September 2006 to September 2007. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Nutrition from The Manchester Metropolitan University, completed in 2008, following secondary education at Great Sankey High School from 1997 to 2004.
