Adrian Mitchell

Chief Financial Officer

Adrian Mitchell is the Chief Financial Officer of Warby Parker, leading financial strategy, capital allocation, and long-term value creation by overseeing accounting, internal audit, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, treasury, and tax.

Prior to joining Warby Parker in 2026, Adrian served as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Macy’s, Inc., where he partnered with the Chairman & CEO to modernize operations by embedding AI-driven tools across the enterprise. Earlier, Adrian led large-scale initiatives as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Interim Chief Executive Officer of Crate & Barrel Holdings and as Chief Executive Officer of Arhaus. He also held advisory roles at McKinsey & Co. and Boston Consulting Group, most recently serving as Senior Advisor to McKinsey.

Adrian serves on the Board of Directors of Stanley Black & Decker and is a member of its Audit and Finance & Pension Committees. Adrian holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Louisiana State University. He lives with his wife and their three children.
