Natalie Burnip

Natalie Burnip brings over a decade of human resources experience, currently serving as Head of People at Ward Hadaway since June 2013, and holding various positions within the company including People Manager, People Advisor, HR Officer, and HR Assistant. Prior to this, Natalie worked as an HR Generalist at ABCA Systems Ltd from February 2012 to June 2013. Educationally, Natalie holds a BA (Hons) in Advertising and Media from Northumbria University and has completed CIPD qualifications at Newcastle College, including Level 5 in Human Resource Management and Level 3 in Human Resource Practice, along with a foundational education from Cramlington Community High School.
