Nick Wells is a highly experienced legal professional specializing in commercial litigation, with a focus on commercial contract disputes, commercial property disputes, insolvency litigation, and licensed trade litigation. Currently a Partner at Ward Hadaway since January 2024, Nick previously held the position of Partner at Flint Bishop LLP from September 2004 to November 2023. Nick Wells obtained a Law degree (LLB) from Newcastle University (2000-2003) and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Nottingham Law School (2003-2004).
