Sevag Alexandrian

Sevag Alexandrian is a seasoned professional in leadership and management consulting, currently serving as Managing Partner for the Middle East & Africa at Ward Howell International since January 2025. Previously, Sevag held the position of Partner at True Search from June 2022 to December 2024, focusing on the placement of CEOs and senior leaders in rapidly growing or transformative businesses. Sevag also directed HR strategy and performance as Group Director for SEHA from July 2019 to August 2022 and oversaw HR and administration operations at Sky News Arabia between January 2011 and June 2019. Earlier experience includes serving as Vice-President and HR Director at Technip Middle-East between April 2001 and January 2011. Sevag's academic background includes an MBA from Lincoln International Business School and a joint program in Finance, Banking, and Management with Oxford Brookes University.
