Rybakova Irina

Before joining Ward Howell, Irina worked at the Laboratory of Institutional Analysis in the Economics Department at HSE, in the marketing department of a financial holding, and then as a project and business development manager at an international research company.

At Ward Howell, Irina focuses on projects related to auditing, benchmarking, and creating incentive and compensation systems for top management and members of the board of directors. She also participates in projects related to developing leaders and leadership teams.
