Prior to joining Ward Howell, Julia worked in leading international and Russian leadership advisory companies, led projects in the Retail, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, oil and gas industries. She has experience in Executive search and Leadership teams development.

Julia graduated from the Russian University of Chemical Technology named after D.I Mendeleev and has additional education in Technical Translation and Professional Communications in English. She graduated from the short-term Leadership on Stage Program in Berkeley University.
