Neil Haggard has been with Ward Leonard since December 2007 and currently serves as the Sr. Manager for Controls Operations. Under their leadership, Neil has focused on improving production, planning, test, warehouse, and quality operations. Prior to this role, Neil has held various positions within the company, including Director of Operations where Neil oversaw production floor activities and manufacturing engineering, and Manager of Design Engineering where Neil was instrumental in designing controllers that generated significant revenue. With a background in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia Engineering, Neil's expertise and dedication have been instrumental in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence within the organization.
