Tom Hammerton

Tom Hammerton is an experienced professional in the fields of design and engineering, currently serving as a Computer Aided Design Drafter at Ward Manufacturing LLC since January 2017, where responsibilities include producing technical drawings for product engineering and maintenance. As the founder and Chief Designer of Black Project Hawaii LLC since May 2010, Tom successfully built the company to achieve worldwide distribution before selling it to a business partner while retaining the Chief Designer role. Previously, Tom held the position of Chief Designer at Hot Sails Maui from May 2004 to January 2017. Tom holds an AT2 degree in Aviation Technology with a focus on Aerospace Science from Metropolitan State University of Denver, completed between 1999 and 2002.
