Hayley Graves M.ISRM, AMInstLM has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and industries. From January 2011 to the present, they have worked at Ward Security, starting as a Response Support Manager and later assuming the role of Head of Development. In December 2017, they were promoted to Associate Director of Response and Control, and in October 2018, they became Head of Client Services. Prior to their time at Ward Security, Hayley worked as an Events Planner at the Thames Gateway Chamber of Commerce from July 2010 to December 2010.
