Kirk Reger has worked in the engineering and technical sales field since 1997, when they began working as a Sales Engineer for Ward/Davis Associates. In this role, they provided engineering and technical sales to DoD primes and high end industrial companies in Southern California for electronic test equipment, electronic subsystems, and prime hardware components and assemblies. Kirk assisted in test system architecture definition and selection of applicable products to solve complex test issues. Kirk also had knowledge of RF, optical, AC/DC, analog, and digital test solutions from standalone instruments to rugged hardware to full system solutions, and sold optical and RF components and integrated units for prime and deployable hardware. Prior to this role, Reger worked as a Senior Electrical Engineer for TRW Space Systems from 1987-1997 and a Lead Engineer and Test Systems Architect for TRW Inc. (now Northrop Grumman) from 1987-1985. Kirk began their career in 1985 as an Electrical Engineer for HRB Singer.
Kirk Reger began their educational journey in 1980 at Marshall University, where they completed a Pre-Engineering degree in Engineering. Kirk then moved on to West Virginia University, where they earned a BSEE in Electrical Engineering in 1985. After that, they attended Penn State University from 1985 to 1987, studying Electrical Engineering without obtaining a degree.
