Marty Heim began their career in 1991 as an Account Manager for Landis & Gyr, Inc. In 1996, they became an Electrical Engineering Manager for Morrison Knudsen Corporation. In 2001, they took on the role of Sales Manager for Tokyo Electron America, where they were responsible for worldwide Intel Etch System sales. This included tool sales, tool modifications and upgrades, sales strategies, sales forecasts, sales bookings, price negotiations, CoO, CPW, spec negotiations, escalations, competitor status, market share analysis, and factory interface. Marty also had extensive customer interaction with C-level management, mid level management, technical end users, and purchasing personnel. In 2013, they became a Sales Engineer for Ward Davis Associates.
Marty Heim received a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering between 1986 and 1990.
