Peter Heber Percy

Peter Heber Percy is the Founder and Investment Manager of Wardhaven Capital Limited, an independent investment firm in Hong Kong that manages the Wardhaven Vietnam Fund since January 2017. Prior to this role, Peter served as Director at Asia Clean Capital from January 2008 to June 2025, where involvement included developing and managing industrial rooftop solar PV systems in China. Additionally, experience includes serving as Director at the Pemberton Asian Opportunities Fund, a US$100 million investment fund, from 2009 to June 2017, and as General Manager of Business Development at Noble Group Limited from 2002 to 2006, focusing on new business opportunities and investment due diligence. Peter co-founded Assetline Corporation, an online auction platform for heavy construction equipment, and worked in institutional equity sales at Jardine Fleming in Kuala Lumpur. Peter holds an MBA with Merit from Alliance Manchester Business School and attended Eton College from 1985 to 1989.
