Huan Yi Low

Huan Yi Low, P.E. is a Senior Project Engineer at Ware Malcomb, where they continue to focus on the development of resilient water infrastructure. Huan graduated from The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering in 2018. They gained valuable experience as a Graduate Civil Engineer at The Pidcock Company and have held various engineering roles at Langan Engineering & Environmental Services before returning to Ware Malcomb. Growing up in cities like Shanghai, Singapore, and Hong Kong, Huan is dedicated to innovative urban design that addresses climate challenges while enhancing natural environments.
