Sean Jung van Aia, Ncarb

Sean Jung Van, AIA, serves as the Regional Business Operations Manager for Ware Malcomb, overseeing operations across three New York and New Jersey offices since May 2021. In addition to this role, Sean holds the position of President at the AIA Architects League of Northern New Jersey, beginning in 2024, and previously operated Sean J Van, Architect, from 2018 to 2021, providing consulting services across all phases of architectural projects. Prior experience includes project management at gk+a Architects, PC, focusing on municipal and commercial projects from 2014 to 2018, and at KCG Architects from 2009 to 2013, where Sean managed over 300 retail store prototypes. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Strategy and Leadership from Rutgers Business School and a Bachelor of Architecture from Pratt Institute.
