Michelle Moir is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in customer care and management. Currently serving as the Internet/Customer Care Manager at Warehouse Discount Center since October 2011, Michelle oversees all internet sales nationwide for one of Southern California's largest home appliance retailers. Previous roles include Office/Facilities Manager at ICO VFX, LLC, where effective facility management was prioritized, and Office Manager/HR/Accounting at The Cannery Agency, handling diverse internal processes including billing and collections. Additionally, Michelle has experience as Customs Design Coordinator/Customer Service at Safehaven Products, managing customer inquiries and procurement, and as Account Executive in the Custom Department at It's All Greek to me, where customer interaction and needs analysis were key responsibilities.
