Michelle Moir is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in customer care and management. Currently serving as the Internet/Customer Care Manager at Warehouse Discount Center since October 2011, Michelle oversees all internet sales nationwide for one of Southern California's largest home appliance retailers. Previous roles include Office/Facilities Manager at ICO VFX, LLC, where effective facility management was prioritized, and Office Manager/HR/Accounting at The Cannery Agency, handling diverse internal processes including billing and collections.
