Caroline Dewstow

Caroline Dewstow is a seasoned professional in sustainability and business development, currently serving as a Sustainability Partner at The Warehouse Group since March 2024. Previously, Caroline held the position of Senior Advisor at the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment for a brief period in early 2024, and spent several years at The Warehouse Group from 2016 to 2023 in roles including Experience Design/Product Owner and Business Development Manager, where notable achievements included leading cross-industry co-design processes and managing significant growth in the education sector. Caroline's extensive experience also spans positions at FlexiGroup Limited, Cyclone Limited, Renaissance Limited, Insite Technology Ltd, and other organizations, with a focus on account management and business development. Caroline is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Massey University and has completed a course in Maori Language and Culture at Manukau Institute of Technology.
