Michelle Iraca

Michelle Iraca, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in human resource management and business optimization. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Warehouse Services, Inc. since October 2017, Michelle previously held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Pole Star Experiential Learning, where expertise in developing HR policies for start-up companies was demonstrated. As Human Resource Generalist Manager at Capstone Logistics, responsibility included overseeing recruitment and employee relations initiatives. Michelle also gathered valuable experience in HR administration and process management at Rite Aid Distribution Center and KapConsulting, LLC. Academically, Michelle holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Kaplan University and an Associate's degree in Photography from Cecil County Community College.
