Andrew Mroi

Andrew Mroi is an accomplished Lead R&D and Software Engineer at Wargaming, where responsibilities include the development of web applications to enhance player engagement and monetization, alongside full-stack development using Python and PHP. Andrew also leads the LiveOps team for CIS and China, focusing on team management, game monetization, and analytics. Previous roles include Project Manager and Software Engineer, where contributions involved web development and the implementation of analytical systems utilizing tools like Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics. Prior to Wargaming, Andrew founded Bezriska.biz, providing tools and legal support for businesses in Belarus, and has experience as a lawyer and co-founder at law firms. Andrew holds a degree in PHP and front-end development from IT Academy and an LLB in Economic law from the BIP Institute of Law, along with an associate degree in law from the Belarusian College of Business and Law.
