Dmitry Matveev

Dmitry Matveev has a strong background in data science, with experience at Havas Media, WPP, and currently at Wargaming. In their current role as Lead Data Scientist at Wargaming, they lead a team in optimizing gameplay mechanics and pricing strategies using ML solutions. Prior to this, Dmitry worked as a Senior Data Analyst and Senior Data Scientist, successfully managing teams and developing ML instruments for forecasting surge in product demand. At Havas Media, they specialized in building MMM econometric models and developing automated neural network tools for forecasting regional flu-related morbidity.

Dmitry Matveev completed a Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace structures and technologies from Moscow Aviation Institute (National Research University) in 2013-2017. Subsequently, they pursued a Master's Degree in Applied Mathematics at the Higher School of Economics from 2017-2019. Additionally, they obtained various certifications in topics such as A/B testing, dynamic pricing, Azure, Docker and Kubernetes, NLP, and data analysis applications.
